Solution: Our team divided into groups to perform competitive analysis and conversation mining within the field of cryptocurrency investment tools. Based on that information, we edited or rewrote the existing pages and tooltips to make them easier to understand and more in line with a common voice. We then performed user testing on a range of users to evaluate the new edits. Revisions were made based on this feedback.

Results: Per initial user testing, the revisions made were very clear and easy to understand across all levels of familiarity with cryptocurrency. In testing, users were able to navigate through the pages and perform the assigned scenarios without difficulty. Minor changes were suggested and have been made. We are currently waiting to report our results to CoiNeuron stakeholders.

CoiNeuron

Project: CoiNeuron is a site made to help investors make safe, smart and fast cryptocurrency investments. The students from the UX Writing Hub were brought in as interns to make sure that the platform is as easy as possible to use, even for people who are new to crypto currencies.

Scope: Competitor analysis, conversation mining, creating, user testing, and revisions for:

• Descriptive tooltips
• The user journey for the ranking page, coin description pages, and project security evaluation tool

Contributors: The original page along with the original descriptive tooltips were provided to use. The other interns and I performed all work on the tooltips and user journey under the management of a mentor from the UX Writing Hub.

Problem: The team creating the CoiNeuron website is investing their time in ensuring the functionality of the site and brought interns on to ensure the user experience was simple and understandable.

Goals:

• Write clear and concise descriptive tooltips for key terms
• Ensure there is a simple and understandable user interface for the project ranking, project description, and security analysis pages
